This low-sugar and low-fat smoothie has pineapples and tomatoes that are bursting with vitamin C, and spinach that provides zinc, vitamin K, folate, calcium and iron. The extra hydration and fiber from the cucumber, and anti-inflammatory Omega-3 from flaxseed make this treat a nice breakfast substitute.
