It all started with the desire to eat healthy, but no time to make it happen.

Researching, preparing, buying and measuring ingredients take up a lot of time. We believe that busy schedules should never stand in the way of a healthy lifestyle.

My health journey began when I finished internship in BIG 4 accounting firm and I became conscious of the food/drinks I was consuming and the impact it had on my well-being. After adding superfoods in my daily diet, my health condition had been improved both physically and mentally.

Living a healthy lifestyle has helped me in many ways! I believe that physical and mental health is vital for overall well-being and that is why I created my brand Blendit to encourage a holistic way of life without sacrificing our love for tasty food. I want to inspire people to make healthier lifestyle choices by adding nutritious superfoods and creativity to everyday recipes.

HOW OUR BAGELS ARE MADE

QUALITY INGREDIENTS
With so few ingredients that make up a bagel, the quality of those used is of vital importance. Great quality ingredients are at the heart of Blendit philosophy and we always put flavour first.

SLOW PROOFED
The unique texture of a bagel comes from its slow proofing process at low temperatures. Unlike nearly all other breads, a truly traditional bagel cannot be produced in just 1 day, it must be given time to do its work.

KETTLE BOILED
Strange but essential, boiling before baking gives the bagel its distinctive chewy texture. What separates most bagels from each other is what's added to the water, with many different techniques, each chef has their own secret recipe; and we're no different!

BAGEL BOARDS
Boiling the bagel causes the dough to lose its form, bagel boards help recover its shape by allowing the bottom to dry and rise, prior to flipping the boards enabling the bagel to cook perfectly on both sides.

STONE BAKED
As with pizzas, a stone based oven retains heat to ensure that an even bake is achieved without the risk of burning. Sturdy temperature control when baking see's that the perfect golden colour is achieved every time.
